Debbie Milburn had a busy life. As a single mother of two daughters and a
demanding career as a mall manager, she was used to juggling many obligations
and tasks at the same time, and thrived on the action and challenge… until the
day she was diagnosed with lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease.
"We still had bills to pay, I had kids to take care of, and
Jennifer had always wanted to have a business of her own. In fact, we'd always
dreamed of working together. So, when I saw the SMC infomercial on TV, I
thought that this might be exactly what we were looking for. We really liked
the products, and we liked the idea that this was something we could do
together," says Jennifer.
The dynamic duo went right to work, booking a kiosk in a local mall a few
months prior to the holiday season. At the same time, Debbie learned a new
skill: website building. She built a website featuring her product line,
reasoning that customers from her kiosk might become repeat customers on her
website, and might spread the word to friends outside of the area.

Five years ago, Gary and Monique faced the tragic challenge of paying for their
youngest daughter's astronomical medical bills. When Gary received his SMC
Membership Kit, he took a catalog into work and set it on his desk.
Gary and Monique expanded their business and are now the proud owners of a web-based business!
"We have other suppliers, but none offer the flexibility and
benefits we get with SMC," says Monique. "SMC is the only supplier that makes
photos and descriptions of the items available on their website, so I can
simply copy and paste them onto my site."
Gary started his own business with SMC and took early retirement. "We're so
thankful we found SMC to help us do this."

For over 40 years, Pat Hanner devoted most of her time to her occupation as a
nurse, working for the state of California. After retiring from nursing,
however, Pat decided to learn a bit about marketing and see if she could turn
her passion into an income-producer. Naturally, her ears perked up when she saw
the SMC infomercial.
"It was hard for me to get started, because of my lack of
knowledge and experience in this new field," Pat recalls. "However, the
materials that came in the business kit - the video, the manual - along with my
SMC coach helped me through my initial confusion."
